Press Releases
We can write your Press Release for you. Contact us for details and pricing. Average price is $500/press release.
Press Release Distribution
We have a really strong media list which we will use to distribute your press release. Average price is $500/press release, which includes distribution and limited online tracking.
Press Release (Write - Distribute - Provide Clips Book)
To do a combination of writing, distributing with our media list and creating a clips book the charge is $1500.
Photography
Take advantage of our disk of photos. We will spend 2-3 hours at your venue and then download and cull photos and provide you with a CD of photos that you can use for editorial, for your web site, for printing up pictures for family and friends and for limited commercial use. We are willing to travel. We are also available for action photography. The photographer, Diana De Rosa, has covered six Olympic Games among numerous other things and is available for editorial assignments, private parties, family gatherings, private photo shoots, etc. Price starts at $1500 plus travel expenses and you get a CD of the culled photos. We would agree to a price ahead of time.
Video Production & YouTube
We can take your photos and additional video footage and can create a series of video presentations for your personal use or to put up on YouTube. Cost is based on the amount of work involved and whether you provide the still photos and video footage or we need to do the photography and video footage. If you provide us with everything the charge is $2500.
Clips Book
Do you have clips you would like organized into a booklet - a clips book. We can make a nice presentable package for you. See the sample WIHS clips on this site under Press Kit Samples. Cost would be based on the quantity of clips but should average between $500 and $1500.
Public Relations Campaign
We have a strong presence in the equine world. For those wanting to reach the equine world but who are on a limited budget we offer a 12-month PR campaign which includes a Press Kit, writing 3-4 press releases, distribution of those releases to equine publications and web sites, tracking of the clips that run and at the end of a year a complete clips book with the clips that ran. The charge is $1500 per month for this service based on a year-long commitment. Our past clients have included DreamWorks and Fox Pictures when their goal was to promote their horse movies: Spirit, Dreamer and Flicka; the National Horse Show at Madison Square Garden, the Washington International Horse Show, and the World Equestrian Games among numerous other clients.
If you are interested in more than the above are regular monthly PR campaign begins at a higher fee and then after three to six months can be reduced. An involved PR campaign could start at up to $5000 to get things organized. Then after that initial period we will discuss reducing the fee to what would make the most sense based on the workload. It generally gets reduced to about $2500 per month. At the beginning of each month we will network about what that month's focus will be. This page will give you an idea of some of the things we can do.
Public Speaking or Bring Us Into Your Business or Organization
We can do a presentation as part of your seminar where we work with the group to help them each organize their own "Perfect Press Kit." You could also bring us into your Business, Organization or Non-Profit for a day so that we can guide your staff on how they can create "A Perfect Press Kit." We are also available to speak about photography in general, sports photography, PR, writing press releases or anything else having to do with writing, photography, PR and going on the road to do any of those (including covering an Olympic Games or major event). The charge is $1000 per day (8 hours).
